Gluten Free Superfine Wholegrain Brown Rice Flour

QUeen Milling Superfine Wholegrain Brown Rice Flour (1KG) is milled superfine from 100% of the original kernel, all of the bran, germ and endosperm.  It is naturally heat stabilized, minimizing lipolytic hydrolysis.

This flour has a nutty flavour with all of the fibre, vitamins and minerals associated with brown rice. It is an excellent substitution for wheat flour in gluten free baking and when used for coatings.
