Thank you for your purchase of QUeen Milling’s Gluten Free/Allergen Free Flours and Blends.  
Returns/Refunds:
Please note that all sales of food items are final and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged Product:

Should your flour order arrive damaged, please notify us at glutenfree@queenmilling.ca  and provide a description of the damage along with photos.
Once reviewed, our team will be in contact.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost are non refundable, even for items that are eligible for replacement due to damage.
