- 1 cup (8 ounces, 236 grams) milk
- 2 Tablespoons (1 ounce, 28 grams) unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons (14 grams) of QUeen Milling Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the QUeen Milling Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Slowly pour the milk into the pan while continuing to whisk until the milk is well incorporated.
