1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
1/2 cup QUeen Milling Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350℉
Grease a 9" aluminum foil pan or 8" aluminum square pan works well.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift in flour and cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
