Gluten Free Easy One-Pot Brownies

This gluten-free easy brownie recipe is undoubtedly the finest! Prepare these easy one-pot brownies for minimal cleanup - what more could you want? Rich, fudgy, and incredibly satisfying, whether you're catering to dietary restrictions or simply looking for a delicious treat, this recipe has got you covered. Here's how to whip up a batch of these delectable brownies:

Butter — For this gluten free brownie recipe, it's essential to use unsalted butter. If you only have salted butter, eliminate the salt in the recipe. Be sure to melt the butter completely before mixing it with the other ingredients to ensure a smooth and uniform batter.

Sugar — Granulated sugar is the best option for this recipe, giving the gluten free brownies a classic sweetness and a slightly crunchy top layer. You can also mix in some brown sugar, but keep in mind that it may alter the texture slightly.

Eggs —Eggs play a crucial role in giving the gluten free brownies their structure and moist texture. Make sure your eggs are at room temperature before incorporating them into the batter, as this helps in achieving a smooth and well-mixed consistency.

Flour —QUeen Milling gluten free superfine whole grain rice Flour is a great choice for this recipe or QUeen Milling gluten free fine all-purpose rice flour. Be careful not to over mix once you've added the flour, as this can make the gluten free brownies tough.

Cocoa Powder —Using high-quality unsweetened cocoa powder will make a significant difference in the depth of chocolate flavor. Sift the cocoa powder to remove any lumps before mixing it into the batter.

Baking Powder —A small amount of baking powder helps the gluten free brownies rise slightly, giving them a lighter texture. Ensure it's evenly distributed in the dry ingredients to avoid any uneven rising.

Salt —A pinch of salt enhances the chocolate flavor and balances the sweetness. If you're using salted butter, remember to eliminate the salt as mentioned earlier.

Vanilla Extract —Pure vanilla extract adds a wonderful aroma and enhances the overall flavor profile of the gluten free brownies. Imitation vanilla can be used in a pinch, but the taste won't be as robust.

Baking these gluten free brownies to perfection requires a bit of patience. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your 9” aluminum foil baking pan or 8” aluminum foil baking pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the gluten free brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares. Enjoy your delicious, homemade gluten free one-pot brownies with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream!
